All donations made through our website (via Givebutter, PayPal, or other processors) are considered irrevocable gifts to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

Tax-Deductibility: Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. You will receive an automated receipt via email for your records.

Refunds: As a rule, charitable donations are non-refundable. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 30 days.

3. Merchandise Sales and Tax-Exempt Status
The Foundation sells merchandise to support our mission.

Tax-Free Sales: As an Indiana-based 501(c)(3), our merchandise sales are conducted in accordance with state and federal tax-exempt guidelines for fundraising.

Product Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Shipping: We make every effort to ship items promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
